Conversation
Free · 30–45 minutesWe talk about the problem before anyone talks about a solution. You will get an honest read on whether this is something we can help with — and if it is not, a straight pointer towards what would.
Written proposal
Within 3 working daysA short document setting out what we understand the problem to be, what we would do, what you receive, what it costs, and what is explicitly out of scope. Fixed fee wherever the work can responsibly be fixed.
Discovery
Typically 1–2 weeksInterviews, systems review and evidence gathering. This is where assumptions get tested. If discovery changes the answer, we say so and re-plan before spending your budget on the wrong thing.
