14-day cooling-off period
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. To cancel, email welcome@smylyx.online before the period ends.
Digital downloads
For instant digital products (e.g. the Procurement & Governance Toolkit), you agree that supply begins immediately and that you lose the right to cancel once the download has started. We ask you to confirm this at checkout.
Services already started
If you ask us to begin a service (such as a consultation or Health Check) within the 14-day period and later cancel, we may charge fairly for work already carried out.
Our satisfaction commitment
If a fixed-fee deliverable falls short of what was agreed, tell us and we will put it right or discuss a fair resolution.
How refunds are made
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 14 days.
